We first entered into the Chonburi real estate market in 1988 and was officially established as Estate Creation Co., Ltd. in 1994. After over 30 years of experience, our team has become the local expert in developing housing projects in Chonburi and Rayong provinces. Our real estate portfolio since then has expanded into commercial and retail sectors as well.
